Also local businessman Todd Phillips of Phillips Investments faces sentencing for fraud to the tune of $14.5 million on August 15th - the same day I have to go to court.

This is hard to grasp for me. Notice the article says nearly two years. Actually she was sentenced to 22 months. The prosecutor in my case, Dave Fulcher, is aiming for me to server 2 1/2 or more years. Here are people stealing (manipulating the system) for MILLIONS only for personal gain. I on the other hand created the equivalent of some novelty items that my 'friend' passed off as real (I never attempted to pass anything!) he gets caught and the system wants to throw me away! Where is Penn & Teller when I need them because this is some serious BULLSHIT.
